Eagle Labs is an NSF-certified capsule supplement manufacturer producing gelatin and vegetarian capsules for supplement brands across the United States. From formulation through encapsulation, packaging, and fulfillment, everything runs in our FDA-registered Florida facilities under quality systems audited to NSF/ANSI 455-2. Brands switch to us from overseas suppliers and from domestic manufacturers whose GMP claims are self-attested rather than audited.
We encapsulate in gelatin and vegetarian shells, in custom colors that let the capsule itself carry your brand. Shell choice is not cosmetic: it affects how the capsule handles moisture, how it performs in a hot warehouse, and which markets and diets your product can be sold into. Tell us your ingredient, your dose, and your market, and we will recommend the shell and size that fit rather than defaulting to whatever is cheapest to run.
What goes inside is botanicals, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, enzymes, and custom blends. Powder-filled capsules are our core work at the Oldsmar dry powder facility. If an ingredient is difficult, our formulation team has probably run it before: hygroscopic powders that cake in humidity, oxygen-sensitive actives that need the blend and fill sequenced carefully, and low-dose actives where content uniformity across a full batch is the entire technical challenge. Those are the formulas where the difference between manufacturers shows up on the certificate of analysis, not on the label.
Bring a proven formula for private label production, or develop something proprietary with our team. Either way you get the same audited production line, and your capsules ship retail-ready with labeling and packaging handled in-house. The practical difference between the two paths is speed against defensibility: private label gets you to market on a formula the category has already validated, while a custom formula takes longer to develop and gives you something a competitor cannot order from the same catalog next quarter.
Our Oldsmar facility holds NSF/ANSI 455-2 for dietary supplements and NSF/ANSI 455-4 for over-the-counter drugs, so we encapsulate both under the standard appropriate to each, with OTC products tested under 21 CFR 210 and 211. For a brand that sells a supplement line and an OTC product, that removes a familiar headache: no second manufacturer to qualify, no second audit trail to maintain, and no explaining your formula twice to two sets of people.
Eagle Labs facilities are FDA-registered and certified to NSF/ANSI 455-2, the audited GMP standard for dietary supplements, and our encapsulation facility additionally holds NSF/ANSI 455-4 for over-the-counter drugs. Across our campuses we hold the full NSF/ANSI 455 family, which is rare in this industry, and USDA Organic, Halal, Health Canada, and Kosher certifications are available for qualifying products. That stack is the difference between a manufacturer that says GMP and one that proves it annually to somebody with the authority to fail them.
Our encapsulation lines run up to 4 million capsules per day. Minimum order quantities start at 300,000 capsules, which is 5,000 bottles at a 60-count, or under a tenth of one day's capacity. That is a production run size rather than a sampling one, and it is the scale the audited systems above are built to serve: the same testing, the same documentation, and the same per-lot rigor applied across a run large enough to make the economics work for you. Pilot batches come first, so fill weight, content uniformity, and stability are validated before you commit to production.
Capsule manufacturing companies compete on claims that are hard to verify from a website. Ask for the audit certificate behind the GMP logo, the minimum order stated in both capsules and finished bottles so you can compare quotes honestly, proof that identity and potency testing happens in-house rather than at a lab three states away, and the name of the person who will answer the phone mid-run. A capsule supplement manufacturer that clears those four questions will not hide behind a quote form.
Our own answers are the reason brands stay: audited certifications instead of claims, published capacity and minimums instead of vague estimates, American manufacturing with fulfillment from Florida and Utah, and one partner from raw material to shipped order, so nothing falls between vendors.
