Eagle Labs is a U.S. liquid supplement manufacturer producing concentrated, small-format liquids for supplement brands: drops, shots, oral liquids, and sprays in containers of 8 fluid ounces or less (larger sizes can be reviewed). We formulate, fill, test, package, and ship from our Florida campuses. A capsule hides taste and protects what is inside it. A liquid does neither, which is why the choice of manufacturer matters more in this format than in any other.
Drops, tincture-style products, and 1 to 2 ounce shots are the core of the category. Vitamin D3 and D3/K2, vitamin B12, trace minerals, electrolyte concentrates, and herbal and botanical blends typically run in 1 to 4 ounce bottles with a dropper sized to the serving.
Shots are single-serve liquids of 1 to 3.4 ounces built around one job: energy, hydration, immune support, sleep, focus, pre-workout, or collagen beauty blends. Our energy shot manufacturing program runs on the same lines.
Oral liquids and sprays cover the rest: liquid multivitamins, herbal syrups, glycerin-based botanicals, oil-based and MCT-based vitamins, mineral liquids, and oral vitamin sprays, in sizes from half an ounce to 8 ounces.
Most problems with a liquid supplement are decided at the formulation bench, long before a bottle is filled. Vitamins lose potency faster in solution than in a dry capsule, so the formula has to be built to meet its label claim on the last day of shelf life, and stability data has to prove it. Water-based formulas need a preservation system that holds up against microbial growth after the customer has opened the bottle thirty times.
Then there is taste. Minerals are metallic, botanicals are bitter, and there is no capsule shell to hide behind, so flavor work is part of the formula and not a finishing step. Suspensions settle. Oils interact with some plastics and dropper bulbs. And at small volumes, fill accuracy is unforgiving: a bottle that runs light is visible on the shelf and wrong against the label.
A manufacturer that treats liquids as "the same product, just wet" will find these problems during your first production run. We look for them in development.
We develop new liquid formulas, reformulate products that are underperforming on taste or stability, extend existing lines into liquid formats, and take on transfers of formulas already in commercial production elsewhere. Sugar-free and alcohol-free formulas are common requests, and both change the preservation and flavor work, so tell us early.
Our Florida campus has an on-site research and development lab, an internal testing lab, and an on-site regulatory team. That last group reviews the claims you plan to make. Liquid supplements are sold on structure/function claims, and a claim that drifts toward treating a condition creates a regulatory problem no formula can fix.
We fill glass and plastic bottles with droppers, fine-mist sprayers, and standard closures, along with single-serve shot bottles. Packaging is chosen with the formula, not after it, because the dosing device and the bottle material both affect stability and the serving the customer measures out. Cartoning, kitting, and fulfillment follow from our Florida and Salt Lake City locations.
Eagle Labs is NSF certified for dietary supplements, skin care, and OTC drugs. Additional certifications include USDA Organic, Health Canada, Halal, and SSCI. Our facilities are FDA-registered. Audited certification is the difference between a manufacturer that says it follows GMP and one that has been inspected against the standard by a third party, and is inspected again every year.
Minimum orders for liquid supplements start at 5,000 units. Our lines and our onboarding are set up for brands with established sales or a funded launch, and for products intended to grow into commercial volume.
Ask what stability data will support your expiration date and who generates it. Ask how the preservation system was chosen and whether it has been challenge-tested in your formula. Ask whether flavor development happens in-house. Ask what the audit behind the GMP claim is, and when it was last renewed. A filler will quote a price per bottle and wait for your formula to arrive. A manufacturing partner will tell you where the formula is going to fail before you have paid to find out.
Minimum orders start at 5,000 units. Send us your fill size, packaging, and formula status and we will quote your project against it.
We focus on small formats of 8 fluid ounces or less. Drops usually run 1 to 4 ounces, shots 1 to 3.4 ounces, and oral liquids and sprays from half an ounce to 8 ounces.
Yes. We take on formula transfers as well as new development and reformulation. We will review the formula for stability, preservation, and packaging compatibility before quoting.
