Eagle Labs is an NSF-certified supplement tablet contract manufacturer in Oldsmar, Florida. We compress, coat, package, and ship custom tablet products for supplement brands that want audited American manufacturing, from pilot runs through full-scale production. Our quality lab tests weight, hardness, friability, and dissolution on every run, because a tablet that fails in the bottle fails your brand.
We produce uncoated and film-coated tablets in custom shapes, sizes, and colors. Multivitamins, minerals, botanicals, and electrolyte tablets make up most of what runs on our presses. High-dose minerals and dense botanical blends often press better as tablets than they fill as capsules, which is why tablets remain the workhorse format for value-focused lines: you can fit more active into a single unit, at a lower cost per serving, than any other oral format.
Compression is less forgiving than encapsulation, and that is worth knowing before you choose a format. A blend that flows poorly, an active that is sensitive to pressure, or a coating that does not adhere evenly all show up as weight variation, capping, or a dissolution result outside specification. We would rather find those problems on a pilot run than in a finished lot, which is why the compression profile is developed against your specification before anything scales. For chewable formats, see our dedicated chewable tablet contract manufacturing page.
Our Oldsmar facility is certified both to NSF/ANSI 455-2 for dietary supplements and to NSF/ANSI 455-4 for over-the-counter drugs, so the same presses run supplement tablets and OTC monograph tablets under the appropriate standard for each. That matters if your brand sells both, or expects to. Moving an OTC product to a manufacturer that only holds supplement certification means a new vendor, a new qualification cycle, and a second relationship to manage; here it is the same building, the same quality systems, and the same people who already know your formulas.
Our tablet facility is FDA-registered and certified to NSF/ANSI 455-2 for dietary supplements and NSF/ANSI 455-4 for over-the-counter drugs. USDA Organic, Halal, Health Canada, and Kosher certifications are available for qualifying products, and third-party audits verify these systems every year. The in-process testing matters as much as the certificates: weight, hardness, friability, and dissolution are checked during production, not reconstructed afterward from a retained sample, which is the only way to catch a press drifting mid-run before it becomes a lot you cannot ship.
Our presses run up to 2 million tablets per day. Minimum order quantities start at 300,000 tablets, which is 5,000 bottles at a 60-count, or roughly a sixth of a single day's output. That is a standard production run size for this format and it lines up with what the largest tablet contract manufacturers quote, so a 300,000-tablet minimum is not a barrier so much as what a real tablet run looks like. Pilot runs come first, so compression and coating are validated before you commit to a full batch.
A tablet contract manufacturer should be able to show you four things without hesitation: the third-party audit behind its GMP claim, in-house testing for weight, hardness, friability, and dissolution, a minimum order stated in both tablets and finished bottles so you can compare quotes honestly, and packaging capability under the same roof. Plenty of shops compress tablets. Far fewer control quality end to end, and the ones that do not will tell you so by how long it takes them to answer.

Yes. Our tablet facility holds NSF/ANSI 455-4 certification for over-the-counter drugs alongside NSF/ANSI 455-2 for dietary supplements, and OTC products are tested under 21 CFR 210 and 211.
Minimum orders start at 300,000 tablets, which is 5,000 bottles at a 60-count. A different count per bottle changes the bottle number, so send us your packaging plan and we will quote against it. Our presses run up to 2 million tablets per day.

Yes. Packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment run from our Florida and Utah locations.
Bring us a finished formula to match, a competitor product to beat, or a concept on a napkin. We will tell you honestly what will compress well, what will not, and what it will cost, which occasionally means telling you the product you have in mind belongs in a capsule instead.
Bottling, labeling, and cartoning run in-house, with warehousing and order fulfillment from Florida and Salt Lake City. One partner from powder to shipped product means no second vendor, no second lead time waiting on a packer's schedule, and no ambiguity about who owns a problem when one appears.
Send us your tablet project and we will respond with a formulation approach, an MOQ, and a timeline. Request a quote to get started.
